Java II

Okay, I know this shit isn't homework help but this is pretty much my last resort.

I'm trying to do this project for my Java class and its dealing with GUI's and I can't fucking figure out how to make the GUI look like its suppose to..




I'm using eclipse right now, is there ANYONE that can help me do this stupid Java project, I just need help with the layout and I will be able to do the rest of the coding easy.

So I have been working on this for two hours and I still haven't got anything accomplished. I've only have been able to get this far. And the GUI looks no where near what I need it to be. If anyone can help, please help me.
